Pay Machine Problems
We apologize for any inconvenience due to a pay machine problem. To ensure that you have a valid parking payment, please proceed to another pay machine to make payment using one of the functioning payment methods provided. Payment can be made at any ParkPlus pay machine located in the same pricing area as where you are parked.
Alternative ways to pay:
- Virtual Pay Machine (no ParkPlus account required)
- Call to Park at 403-537-PARK (7275) and listen to the voice prompts
Please note that the above payment methods require a ParkPlus account, with the exceptions of the Virtual Pay Machine or Physical Pay Machine.
How to Report a Pay Machine Problem
To report a pay machine problem, please make note of the machine id located on the top left hand side of the display.
