Request A Receipt

Our administrative offices at 620 9 Avenue SW will be closed on Monday, February 17th for Family Day. No payment will be required for on-street ParkPlus zones & holiday rates will be in effect at select CPA surface lots & parkades on Family Day. Regular rates will be in effect at the Calgary Zoo, TELUS Spark & Heritage Park.

How to Request a Receipt

If you have made a ParkPlus payment and did not receive a receipt for your transaction, you may request a copy of the receipt.

Please send an email to parkplusadmin@calgaryparking.com or fax 403-537-7001 with the following information:

  • date
  • license plate
  • amount of transaction
  • method of payment (i.e. ParkPlus pay machine, Virtual Pay Machine, or ParkPlus account)
  • contact information

Our Customer Service Administrators will provide you with a replacement receipt once they have verified your transaction.
