Ticket Appeal/Administrative Review
Network Maintenance Notice: November 1
The Calgary Parking Authority is performing necessary planned maintenance of our network from Sunday, November 1st at 9:00PM until 1:00AM on Monday, November 2nd. During this time, no ParkPlus online services will be available, including MyParking Services, the MyParking app, text-to-park, call-to-park, and parkplus.ca.
No payment is required for on-street parking on Sunday, November 1st. Pay machines will continue to be available to make payment in CPA operated parkades and surface lots.
Please note that our Customer Solutions Centre hours on November 1st are 8:00am-9:00pm (phone 403-537-7100, option 2 to speak to a representative).
If you received a parking ticket from the Calgary Parking Authority, you may request an administrative review to appeal your ticket. When you request a review, a CPA Administrator investigates your parking ticket and checks to see if an error was made when the ticket was issued and whether the ticket can be withdrawn.
Please note the fine payment schedule stops once a ticket is submitted for administrative review. Once a review is completed, if your ticket is not withdrawn and you choose to pay your parking fine, the fine payment schedule will resume on the day you've been contacted by CPA about the outcome. For example, if you submit a review during tier one (first 10 days of receiving the ticket), you would resume in this tier when contacted about its status.

NOTE: When submitting a ticket appeal that includes credit card information to prove a purchase, please do not submit your full credit information. In order to verify a payment we only require the following information: the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card number; please do not supply your access code or expiry date information.
If you are submitting a review on a membership/monthly contract/ParkPlus account: please ensure your licence plate is entered/activated correctly in your online account prior to submitting your review.
NOTE: If your parking tag number begins with a 4 or 5 or the information is handwritten, be advised that this may have been issued by a municipal agency other than the Calgary Parking Authority and may not be eligible for our online review system. This ticket is still valid and a review still can be submitted by emailing us at email@example.com. Write a detailed description on why you are disputing the parking tag.
