Network Maintenance Notice: November 1 

The Calgary Parking Authority is performing necessary planned maintenance of our network from Sunday, November 1st at 9:00PM until 1:00AM on Monday, November 2nd. During this time, no ParkPlus online services will be available, including MyParking Services, the MyParking app, text-to-park, call-to-park, and parkplus.ca.   

No payment is required for on-street parking on Sunday, November 1st. Pay machines will continue to be available to make payment in CPA operated parkades and surface lots. 

Please note that our Customer Solutions Centre hours on November 1st are 8:00am-9:00pm (phone 403-537-7100, option 2 to speak to a representative).

 

CPA Welcomes You to Pay Tickets Online

The Pay Tickets Online service means that you can now pay parking tickets easily and conveniently. You can also check any outstanding parking tickets you may have.

How to Get Started

All you need to get started is the parking ticket number, the licence plate number of your car, and a valid credit card. Just enter the information requested on the top right of this page and you will be guided through a simple, step by step process.

To promote the use of virtual ticket payments rather than customers visiting our office, we have suspended the $3 online fee for ticket payments.   

Please note: If you receive a "timed out" or "page expired" error:

A quick fix is to delete your cookies and history in your internet browser, close and then reopen the browser and enter our web address (www.calgaryparking.com) again.

If this does not work, you can try the following:

Use an alternate internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.

OR

Use another form of payment offered (also listed on your ticket/tag) including paying at city hall cashiers, the CPA office or mailing your payment.

CPA is not responsible for failed or denied payments.

Welcome to CPA's pay parking tickets online

To pay tickets online we require:

  • a valid ticket number and referenced vehicle license plate number
  • a valid bank-issued MasterCard, Visa, or Amex credit card

Using this site is acknowledgement of acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

If you received a ticket on your windshield, please allow 1-2 business days after issuance before trying to pay online.  If your parking tag number begins with 4 or 5 or the information is handwritten, be advised that this may have been issued by a municipal agency other than the Calgary Parking Authority and may not be eligible for payment through the online system. This Tag is still valid and payment is still required via one of the following alternate methods (1) payment to be mailed to “City of Calgary, Box 100, 400 - 39 Ave SE, Calgary, AB  T2G 5P8 (2) in person at either City Hall Cashiers or at the Impound Lot 400 - 39 Ave SE.  If you need further assistance, please e mail cpapto-inquiries@calgaryparking.com with the parking tag number or call our office at (403) 537-7100.
