CPA Welcomes You to Pay Tickets Online

The Pay Tickets Online service means that you can now pay parking tickets easily and conveniently. You can also check any outstanding parking tickets you may have.

How to Get Started

All you need to get started is the parking ticket number, the licence plate number of your car, and a valid credit card. Just enter the information requested on the top right of this page and you will be guided through a simple, step by step process.

Please note that a $3 security service fee will be added to the cost of the ticket and is non-refundable. This fee is considered a "convenience fee" as it offers the benefit of saving time and money to customers who choose to use it. Find out more on the $3 fee here.

If you do not want to pay this fee, click here for other payment options. Please note that we cannot accept e-transfer payments.

Please note: If you receive a "timed out" or "page expired" error:

A quick fix is to delete your cookies and history in your internet browser, close and then reopen the browser and enter our web address (www.calgaryparking.com) again.

If this does not work, you can try the following:

Use an alternate internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.

OR

Use another form of payment offered (also listed on your ticket/tag) including paying at city hall cashiers, the CPA office or mailing your payment.
