Network Maintenance Notice: November 1
The Calgary Parking Authority is performing necessary planned maintenance of our network from Sunday, November 1st at 9:00PM until 1:00AM on Monday, November 2nd. During this time, no ParkPlus online services will be available, including MyParking Services, the MyParking app, text-to-park, call-to-park, and parkplus.ca.
No payment is required for on-street parking on Sunday, November 1st. Pay machines will continue to be available to make payment in CPA operated parkades and surface lots.
Please note that our Customer Solutions Centre hours on November 1st are 8:00am-9:00pm (phone 403-537-7100, option 2 to speak to a representative).
The CPA is offering a new monthly parking option to meet the evolving needs of our parkers; an auto-renewing Flex Pass available in select CPA parkades. For a discounted rate, you’ll receive 10 weekday daily parking sessions to use at your convenience before the end of the calendar month.
We know parking needs are changing and we’re committed to meeting those needs as best we can. For those who are transitioning back to the office or who have more sporadic requirements, our team has developed our inaugural weekday Flex Pass; prepay for 10 daily parking sessions in select CPA parkades and receive 50% off. Flex Passes expire at the end of each month or when the 10 sessions are used, whichever is first.
Participating parkades include Arts Commons Parkade (Lot 24), City Centre Parkade (Lot 25), McDougall Parkade (Lot 28), Lot 40 Parkade, Centennial Parkade (Lot 54), Convention Centre Parkade (Lot 60) and the Riverwalk Parkade.

Why park with CPA?
The CPA offers monthly parking for a number of its parkades and surface lots, including motorcycle and bicycle parking. We currently have monthly parking available at a few great parkades: Lot 40 Parkade, City Centre Parkade, Riverwalk Parkade (Alt Hotel) and more! We appreciate your business and your investment in Calgary; every dollar we collect above operational costs is given to City Council and reinvested in your community parks, libraries, roads and more. In 2019, the CPA returned $24.8 million to The City.
New Monthly Parking Customers
On October 14, 2020, we launched MyParking Services allowing parkers to apply for, pay for and manage their residential parking permits and/or monthly parking in a CPA managed parking lot. The MyParking Services system is simpler and more convenient for parkers; it offers users the functionality to comprehensively and independently manage their parking needs in one centralized location.

Use your Access Card to enter the parkade when the gate arm is down, and the "Full" sign is illuminated. Please keep your access card in a convenient place within your vehicle; you may need to grab it quickly to open the overhead door. If you misplace your access card, email email@example.com and request a replacement access card; a new card will be issued at a cost of $20

CPA Cancellation Agreement for MyParking Services Monthly Parking
Customers can cancel their monthly parking by providing CPA with notice. Notice may be provided in writing, by email, or by cancelling their monthly parking on the MyParking Services system. Cancellations received and processed by CPA between the 1st to the 15th of any calendar month are cancelled effective as of the last day of that calendar month whereas cancellations between the 16th to the last day of a calendar month are effective the last day of the following calendar month.

Park Online Monthly Parking Customers
If your monthly parking started prior to October 14, 2020, you will continue to use Park Online to manage your account. Soon, we will transition your account to MyParking Services; we will notify you when this will occur. If you would like to transition to the new system right away please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to get you set up asap.
CPA Cancellation Agreement for Park Online Monthly Contracts
Customers must provide the CPA with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice in order to cancel their monthly contract agreement. The effective date of termination of the agreement is considered to be the 1st day of the month, following the expiration of the 30 day notice period. For customers with a contract in a CPA parkade, the customer shall return the access device to the CPA within the notice period and no later than the 30th day. Failure to return the access device will result in a "lost card" charge being levied.
