The City of Calgary is currently reviewing its Residential Parking Permit (RPP) program to improve customer service, increase long-term financial stability, and ensure efficient use of street space. How to sign up for a monthly contract:
Please put your name on a waiting list* by setting up a myID account with The City of Calgary: Click here to get started. A myID account allows you to access many City of Calgary resources and services using one account and registration is required to obtain a monthly parking contract.
*Please note that we will contact you via email when a monthly parking space becomes available. This will happen as soon as possible (business days only).
Why park with CPA?
Customers save on average 15% when parking with CPA. When you choose to park with us, you are also choosing to help our City. All surplus funds are returned to the City of Calgary and used to fund operations like libraries, recreational centres and other City services.

The Calgary Parking Authority is pleased to announce that we have launched a multipurpose, self-serve, web-based application, called Park Online, to better serve our monthly contract holders.
You will no longer be required to send license plate information updates through our cpacontract email address; you will now be able to update your license plate information through Park Online.
First, you will need to set up a myID account with The City of Calgary. The myID account allows you to access many City of Calgary resources and services using one account. Click here to get started.
