Troubleshooting
- Permit disappeared: If you don’t see your approved permit in your account, your permit may have been cancelled or expired. Please log into your account via the website and apply for the permit again. The other reason you may no longer see your permit is if the incorrect account has been logged into. Please ensure that you log in to the account associated with your permit.
- Having trouble entering a licence plate: If the option to add a licence plate is not available, you may have used all of your active parking sessions. Stop any sessions you don’t need so you can start a new one.
- Restricted parking spaces are full: If your neighbours or their visitors have taken up all of the parking spaces, you must work with them to resolve the issue. We cannot assign shared spaces to specific addresses. This applies to all permit types.
- Permits have to be shared: If you live in a building where multiple units share the same address, you may have to share the permits registered to that address (up to two permits are allowed per eligible address). It is your responsibility to find a solution with the other residents, since you can all start and stop visitor parking sessions. Alternatively, the landlord may contact 311 to have the building sub-divided to give each unit its own permits. This applies to all permit types based on how many permits the building qualifies for.
- You or a visitor received a ticket: If you believe a ticket has been received by mistake, submit it for Administrative Review. Ensure that the permit address or permit number is included with the review.
