Edmonton Pilot Program
The City of Edmonton launched a six-month parking pilot project beginning June 10, 2013 that has now been extended. The system is called EPark and will be powered by the ParkPlus System. See www.edmonton.ca/epark for more information.
Please note: EPark cell phone accounts and ParkPlus cell phone accounts are not transferable. Account holders must log-in to the site where the account was created to view, edit or add funds to an existing cell phone account.
Note: Both EPark cell phone accounts and ParkPlus cell phone accounts can be used to pay for parking in either Edmonton (EPark zones) or Calgary (ParkPlus zones).
Notice: We've changed the way we process credit card transactions for adding funds to your ParkPlus cell phone account to make it more secure. Click here for more information.
Note:The Park Prime iPhone app is developed by a third party (Robots and Pencils Inc.) and has no relation to ParkPlus or the Calgary Parking Authority; therefore, it is not an approved or authorized feature of the ParkPlus system. Due to this reason we cannot provide administrative or technical support.
Note: We have added an additional security feature to this website. Cell phone account holders must complete a text verification process prior to receiving a new password.
Please note: Residential Parking Permits are not valid in ParkPlus zones.
