Your safety is our top priority in downtown parkades

At Calgary Parking, we want everyone using our parkades to feel safe and secure. That is why our downtown parkades offer a range of services to give you peace of mind, any time of day or night.

All our downtown parkades are equipped with 24/7 free Car Care Centres. If you need to inflate a tire, clean your windows or use a vacuum, you can find these stations near the entrances and exits of our parkades.

To further enhance your security, each of our downtown parkades includes intercom systems that connect directly to our dispatch office. If you ever feel unsafe or need assistance, simply press the intercom button for immediate support.

ParkAid when you need it

Our ParkAid service offers battery boost, tire and lock services to help you get back on the road. This service is available to all our customers in ParkPlus zones, parkades and surface lots with the exception of third party lots including Calgary Zoo, Telus Spark, MEC, Jubilee, Heritage Park, Calgary Stampede lots, Riverwalk, Franworks, Inglewood Plaza, The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland and Calgary Transit lots.

For extra reassurance, our Safewalk program provides a security escort to your vehicle. This free service provides a trained security team member to escort you from the entrance of the parkade directly to your vehicle. Our security staff are approachable, professional and dedicated to your well-being. Safewalk can be easily arranged by calling 403-537-7006. Please note there may be a short wait if the team is assisting others, so calling ahead is recommended. Our security staff also conduct regular patrols and monitor a network of cameras throughout the parkades. This visible presence helps deter unwanted activity and ensures help is nearby if you need it.
