How to Apply for a Residential Parking Permit

Starting on August 1, 2017, residential parking zones will be transitioned to the online RPP system as zones come up for renewal. 

If you qualify for a residential parking permit and your zone has transitioned, visit permits.calgaryparking.com for information on how to apply for your Residential Parking Permit.

If you qualify for a residential parking permit and your zone has NOT yet transitioned, you can apply for your permit:

  • By email to cparpp@calgaryparking.com (Please scan and save your documents as pdf files)
  • By fax to (403) 537-7001*
  • By mail to:
        Calgary Parking Authority
        620-9th Ave SW
        Calgary AB T2P 1L5
  • In person at the CPA Office (620-9th Ave SW)

*If faxing your information, please include your daytime phone number on your fax so that we can verify your information if required.

Can other people use my Residential Parking Permit?

Sorry, parking permits are issued to license plates registered to a specific address. They are not transferable and cannot be used in other restricted parking zones.
