Centennial Parkade Restricted Overnight Access
Effective March 13th, overnight access to Centennial Parkade will be restricted between 9pm and 4:30am, seven days a week to monthly contract holders and daily parkers who have entered the facility prior to 9pm. If you are parked with us and need to gain access between 9pm and 4:30am, please use one of the intercoms located outside the 5th and 6th Street lobbies to connect with dispatch. Monthly contract holder can use their Preferred Parker Access Card to enter either of the above mentioned lobbies.
James Short Parkade's 4th Avenue SW Entrances Closed 9pm - 4:30am
Effective March 13th, there will be no access to the parkade via any of the 4th Avenue SW entrances between 9pm and 4:30am, seven days a week. During these hours, only the 5th Avenue entrances will be unlocked.
Now enjoy the convenience of ParkPlus at one of Calgary's favourite places, Heritage Park.

Daytime Mon - Sun (06:00 - 17:00)$5.00 for the first 7 hours (minimum purchase $5.00), $5.00 per ½ hr thereafter to a maximum of $20.00
Evenings Mon-Sun (17:00 - 06:00)
$3.00 flat rate (minimum purchase $3.00); vehicles must be removed by 9:00am*.
*Note: Daytime rates apply to all purchases made after 06:00 every day.

90 Minute Free Short-Stay Parking - For Retail and Restaurant Visits
In order to receive 90 minutes of free parking, you must register your licence plate at the ParkPlus pay machine at Heritage Park. You're entitled to one free 90 minute parking session per visit. This is intended for short stays to the retail and restaurants situated outside the Park. Failure to comply may result in a parking ticket.
Please note that 90 minute free sessions cannot be activated using your ParkPlus cell phone account.
Heritage Park Escape & Explore Annual Pass Holders & Heritage Club Members Parking
Already registered with Park Online and want to update your licence plate? Please click here.
Heritage Park Escape and Explore Pass holders and Heritage Club members are required to register their licence plate information before they receive their parking privileges. To register your licence plate(s), please click here. For detailed instructions on how to register your license plate(s), please click here. Once you have registered your licence plate(s), there is no need to visit the ParkPlus Pay Machine or to activate a parking session using the ParkPlus cell phone system during regular Park hours.
Escape and Explore Pass holders and Heritage Club members with complimentary parking privileges who have registered their licence plates with Park Online can park at Heritage Park 24 hours a day, year-round. Please note that Express Annual Passes do not include complimentary parking.
Please note that the Park Online account for Heritage Park members is separate from your ParkPlus cell phone account, if you have one. Updating one account will not affect the other, and members do not need to activate parking when parked at Heritage Park (once you have registered your plate).
If you are also a Zoo or TELUS Spark member and you have created your myID account, use this same account to log-in to register your licence plate information for Heritage Park. You do not need to create more than one myID account.

Existing Heritage Park members who have registered their licence plate(s) with Park Online are not required to take action when they renew their Heritage Park Annual Pass Plus, provided they renew before expiry and their Annual Pass Plus membership number has not changed. All pass holders who have renewed their Heritage Park Annual Pass Plus can continue to use their existing myID account to make any required changes to their Heritage Park parking information, including updating their licence plate information.
