LOT 60 Vaccine Clinic - Closing July 30th

We’d like to thank the more than 23,000 parkers who’ve attended the TELUS Convention Centre vaccine clinic and successfully registered their licence plate in our system. This process allows us to accommodate as many parkers as possible in our limited capacity parkade. We encourage Calgarians to continue to register their licence plate when attending the clinic, as it ensures vehicle turnover and allows continuous parking access in support of vaccinations.

The CPA is pleased to support the health and safety of Albertans through our alignment with the clinic, and as such parkers who received a ticket at the Convention Centre Parkade between April 5th and 30th do not need to take any further action.

Heritage Day – August 2, 2021: Payment is not required for on-street ParkPlus zones and holiday rates will be in effect in select CPA surface lots and parkades. Regular rates will be in effect at Calgary Zoo, TELUS Spark and Heritage Park. Our Impound Lot will also be closed.

The Calgary Parking Authority offers over 2.5 million square feet of indoor and outdoor space for events. Our sites are ideal for fundraisers, festivals, sporting events, film shoots, farmers’ markets, car shows and more. We have over 30 surface parking lots and seven parkades available to rent. Most of our facilities are located in the downtown core and in the inner city.

Thank you for your interest in the CPA’s Event Rental program. In order to ensure your application is processed expeditiously, please choose the appropriate route as per the level of assistance and Event you are holding:

  1. City of Calgary Festival and Events Subsidy Program – if you wish to apply for a City subsidy for your Event, this program is available for applications here. The applications for this program are open for a limited time.
  2. Event Requiring 2+ Venues – if your Event requires the use of a City resource and a CPA lot (i.e. Millennium Park and Lot 61), you need to apply through the City. Click here for the Event Planning Resources. Once you have registered with the City, your parking lot request will get directed to the CPA.
  3. CPA Venue only – if your Event is making use of a CPA venue only, please review the CPA Event Rental Guidelines and follow the instructions in that document and complete the CPA Event Rental Request Form.  If you have any questions, please contact the CPA at eventrentals@calgaryparking.com.
