Charging stations are free to use, just pay for the cost of your parking.

Waterless Carwash Available at Select Parkades

A waterless carwash and car detailing service is available for purchase from Ecovolution at City Hall Parkade (Lot 36) and at Centennial parkade (Lot 54). We are excited to offer customers this value-added service option for your convenience while parked with us.

Ecovolution provides environmentally friendly deep cleaning hand washes and full detailing of your vehicle utilizing the power of steam without chemicals and with no wastewater run-offs.

ParkAid Services

Flat Tire?  Dead Battery?  Locked Out?

We offer free battery boosting, tire assistance and lock services in most ParkPlus Zones, including on-street, parkades and surface lots. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to our customers.

Have you ever returned to your parked vehicle to discover it has a dead battery or a flat tire - or the keys laying on the front seat?  Hopefully you will never have such an experience...but now, if it ever happens in a ParkPlus zone, our ParkAid services will help you out!

This service is a part of CPA's commitment to better customer care and convenience. And best of all, it's free!

What to do.

So what do you do if you find you have a flat tire or a dead battery? Simply call ParkAid! Call 403-537-7006 24/7! Help will be on its way.

Most* of the Car Care Centres are located near the parkade entrance and exit ways and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Best of all, they're free for customers to use!
