Network Maintenance Notice: November 1
The Calgary Parking Authority is performing necessary planned maintenance of our network from Sunday, November 1st at 9:00PM until 1:00AM on Monday, November 2nd. During this time, no ParkPlus online services will be available, including MyParking Services, the MyParking app, text-to-park, call-to-park, and parkplus.ca.
No payment is required for on-street parking on Sunday, November 1st. Pay machines will continue to be available to make payment in CPA operated parkades and surface lots.
Please note that our Customer Solutions Centre hours on November 1st are 8:00am-9:00pm (phone 403-537-7100, option 2 to speak to a representative).
The Calgary Parking Authority manages and operates 6,396 on-street stalls and 7,961 stalls in surface lots and parkades. We accept payment by coin or credit card at all locations on-street, in our surface lots and in our parkades. We also offer a payment by cell phone option. In the case of a discrepancy between the rates shown on this site and those displayed at the lot, the rates at the lot shall prevail.

Off-Street Parking RatesRates in parkades and surface lots are generally based on 12-hour periods. For example, day rates are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and evening rates start from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Special evening and weekend rates reflect off-peak parking times.
Special Event SpaceThroughout the year, the CPA receives many requests from a range of organizations and associations to use our parking lots or parkades for an event. We rent out our facilities for events such as Stampede breakfasts, festivals and other special events.
