Payment Information

If you do get a parking ticket, there are a few ways you can pay your fine:
 

Online by clicking here. 

Make sure you have your Parking Ticket Number, your Licence Plate Number and a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

• In person at one of three convenient downtown locations.

--Calgary Parking Authority: 620 - 9th Ave SW, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:15 pm

--City Cashiers: 800 Macleod Trail SE, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

--Night Depository: 801 – 3rd St SE

• At a bank

You may also pay in person at most chartered banks, trust companies, credit unions or Alberta Treasury branches. 

• By mail

Send a cheque or money order made payable to the City of Calgary at:

If you don’t pay your parking ticket within 21 days, the higher penalty amount indicated on your parking ticket will apply. If your parking ticket remains unpaid, we have to issue you a violation ticket which is handled (prosecuted) by the Provincial Court of Alberta.
