Christmas Day, December 25, Boxing Day, December 26 and New Year’s Day, January 1 are statutory holidays; therefore, no payment is required for on-street parking. Holiday rates will be in effect on these days for all Calgary Parking Authority surface lots and parkades, with the exception of the Calgary Zoo where regular rates will be in effect. There will be no charge for parking at the Calgary Zoo after 4:30pm on New Year's Eve, December 31.

Please note: The Calgary Parking Authority office hours during the holiday season are as follows:

December 24, 2014 – 8:00am to 12:00pm (noon)
December 25, 2014 – Closed
December 26, 2014 – Closed
December 31, 2014 – 8:00am to 2:30pm
January 1, 2015 – Closed

As of November 1, 2014 some banks will be moving to a paperless bill payment system and as a result will not be accepting payment for Calgary Parking Authority (CPA) parking tickets (parking tags).

CPA will continue to offer Pay Tickets Online, its convenient electronic payment option. Currently the system accepts credit card payments only, but coming in 2015 we will offer the option to pay by debit card online.

Lot Notices:

Lot 55 - From December 9 to 12th the 4th street entrance to the lot will be inaccessible due to construction. Please use the entranceway on the east side of the lot. Thank you.

Please be advised that as of Tuesday, October 14th, Lot 68 will be closed for redevelopment. The site, including 35 CPA stalls, is expected to reopen sometime in April 2016.
