Q: I entered the wrong information when I paid for my parking. Can I change it?
A: No. Changes cannot be made to a completed transaction. You have two options:
- Option 1: Keep your receipt. If you receive a ticket, contact Calgary Parking Authority Enforcement to request an Administrative Review or
- Option 2: Make another payment before 6:00 pm the same day with the correct information
Q: What do I do if a pay machine isn't working?
A: Try another form of payment. Pay machines accept cash and major credit cards. Try another machine.
- If you are unable to pay at any of the machines on the lot, contact Calgary Parking Authority advising the machines are out of order.
- Make a payment when you return to your car later in the day. Payments may be made before 6:00 pm on the same day.
- Set up a cell phone account here and activate a parking session.

Q: How do I change my cell phone account details?
A: Log in to your account at www.parkplus.ca and click on the "Edit My Account" button at the bottom of the page.
Q: I forgot to pay for my parking. What can I do?
A: There is still an opportunity to make a payment as long as it's made before 6:00 pm the same day.
- When you return to your vehicle, simply use one of the pay machines to make your payment.
- Or set up a ParkPlus cell phone here and activate a session for the zone where your vehicle is parked.
