Event rentals
Calgary Parking has over 2.5 million square feet of indoor and outdoor space. With over 30 surface lots and seven parkades available to rent, we offer amazing options for event venues.

Most of our sites have convenient locations in the downtown core and in the inner city. Our facilities are ideal for:
- Fundraisers
- Festivals
- Sporting events
- Film shoots
- Farmers’ markets
- Car shows

Book your event
We offer three types of event rentals:
- Venue Rentals: Book a parkade or surface lot as a venue
- Parking Codes: Book a special event code to offer attendees complimentary parking
- Parking-only Rental: Reserve stalls for vehicle parking only

Book a parkade or surface lot as a venue
Rent one of our outdoor surface lots or indoor/covered parkades as your event venue*. You can book a portion of the lot or the whole space.

Please note: after you’ve applied for a venue rental, you will be asked to provide:
- Certificate of insurance
- Emergency response plan template
- Site map
* If your event requires the use of a City venue and Calgary Parking lot (ie. Millennium Park and Lot 61), you will need to apply through the City first. Once you have registered with the City, your parking lot request will get directed to Calgary Parking.

A special code for your group to use at pay machines
Provide your event attendees with a parking code to offer complimentary parking (at select locations).

* Evening rate eligible for events beginning at 4 p.m. or later, and ending by 6 a.m.
As of February 1, 2024, a standard administration fee of $75 applies to all issued event rental codes.
